Wind Slayer is a 2-D sidescroller MMORPG from Outspark, the makers of online games like Fiesta and Secret of Solstice. The game visuals and gameplay are very similar to Maple Story but Wind Slayer puts a lot more emphasis of PvP gameplay. Beginner players start out at the Novice class and can advance to one of six classes of warrior, archer, monk, priest, mage or rogue once they level up. Each of these classes can then upgrade to one of two specialty classes after enough experience has been earned. Once your character reaches level 5, you can enter one of the PvP battle fields. New players should stick to the normalized game modes so they can fight against higher level players on equal footing. More advanced players can choose unlimited mode battle fields where no handicap is used. Wind Slayer also includes a pet system, resource mining and item crafting abilities. If you’re familiar with Maple Story, then you’ll be comfortable here too.
